Aviation, we love everything about it. The sights, the sounds, the smells, the people. Not only do we love to fly, we love sharing aviation with other passionate aviators!  We love spending time with pilots, improving and refining their skills and learning from them.

Our passion is airmanship, teaching and mentoring. You don't have to be a pro-pilot, but you should strive to fly like a professional. Let us help you get there.

Martina Wegscheider

Martina Wegscheider.jpg

Martina is an accomplished instructor in the TBM Series of aircraft.  She comes to Goldberg Aviation with excellent experience teaching at TSI in Camarillo, CA.

Martina was born in Vienna, Austria.  She inherited her love of flying from her Father, a glider and private pilot.  She became the youngest female glider and private pilot in Austrian history at the time before moving to California to continue her flying career.  After receiving all her ratings she flew glider tow planes and skydivers in California City.  She was then introduced to Airships through a close friend.  Martina earned her CFI at Whiteman Field in Pacoima, California and instructed full time before being hired at Goodyear to pilot their airships.  Martina was the first woman ever hired at Goodyear in their then, 85 year history.  After three years at Goodyear, Martina became a full-time instructor again as well as becoming an accomplished SIC in two different types of private jet.

Martina moved to the TBM in 2012 and hasn’t looked back since.  She loves the aircraft and its capabilities and enjoys teaching new and current owners the finer points of their aircraft’s performance and utility.
