your kodiak training
Please review the following information carefully to complete your training reservation.
Step 1:
Training Rates:
$1,500.00 per day
Number of days dependent upon insurance requirement and instructor sign off.
8 hours max per day (includes ground and flight).
Additional Expenses:
$700.00 (Travel Days/Layovers/Weather Delays)
$75.00 per diem meal allowance
Expenses charged as incurred: airfare, ground transportation, business appropriate hotels, and other ordinary expenses.
Deposit:
To confirm pilot services, we require a $3,000.00 non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from the scheduled calendar date the deposit will be forfeited.

The 3 Ls
Familiarize yourself with the 3 L’s:
Limitations, Location, and Labeling of all switches.
This foundational knowledge is essential and cannot be instilled by the instructor alone.
Step 4:
Insurance
Please have your insurance broker add Goldberg Aviation (see bolded text) as an additional insured party with a waiver of subrogation to the policy.
